- Respective brand owners are responsible for the quality of products. Complaints can be lodged through us if the quality is not up to the mark.
- Product arrangements shown are indicative. Actual arrangements may vary due to availability or other factors beyond our control.
- If ordered items are unavailable in the respective city/town, we will deliver the best available alternative of equal value, ensuring full or higher value to the customer.
- Delivery schedules vary: same-day in metro cities, within one day in major towns, and within 2–3 business days in other areas.
- Delivery of certain items may not be possible under uncontrollable circumstances. Customers are entitled to a 100% refund in such cases.
- No claims other than for a full refund of payment made will be entertained. Claims must be raised within 24 hours of delivery/non-delivery.
- Complaints about product quality must be raised within 48 hours of delivery. Vanmali Fresh may redeliver or refund at its sole discretion.
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before delivery/shipment. A 7% deduction applies to cover processing expenses.
- The site owners reserve the right to refuse any order unconditionally.
- All claims are subject to the jurisdiction of local courts in Ahmedabad, India.
- For perishable items (flowers, cakes, sweets), if no recipient is available, the order will be considered delivered. We attempt phone confirmation before delivery.
- Gift items sent via courier (e.g., chocolates, dry fruits, accessories) may not have guaranteed delivery times.
- Prices include service, delivery, and transaction costs. Breakdown is not shown separately.
- Fresh cakes are available only after 10:30 AM. Early morning delivery requests may involve cakes stored from the previous day (not recommended).
- Delivery is guaranteed by date but not by exact time. We strive to deliver within the requested window but cannot guarantee it.
- Free delivery is within city limits. Deliveries outside city limits may incur an additional charge (₹80–₹250). Payment links may be sent post-delivery.
- All trademarks/logos shown belong to respective owners. All wine/champagne products sold are non-alcoholic.
- Orders placed after 5 PM IST are processed the next day. For urgent orders, please call us after placing the order.
- Right of Refusal: Vanmali Fresh reserves the right to refuse delivery without reason. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
- Octroi/custom charges (if applicable) in the recipient’s state/country must be borne by the customer.
- During peak seasons (e.g., Valentine’s Day), prices may be increased (Feb 12–15) due to higher market rates.
