- Images shown on the website are for reference only. Actual delivered items may vary in design or arrangement since they are sourced from local vendors and manually arranged. No refunds will be issued for claims based on image variations. Vanmali Fresh guarantees the exact number of items delivered as per order.
- Order cancellation requests must be emailed to business@vanmalifresh.com at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery time. Refunds are not possible once delivery has been initiated. Discounts, offers, or exempted amounts are not eligible for refund.
- Refunds will be issued if an order was not delivered due to any reason, after deducting 5% processing charges. Vanmali Fresh is not liable for any claims beyond the actual amount paid.
- If a product from a combo or multiple product order is missed or undelivered, Vanmali Fresh will attempt re-delivery of the missing product or issue a partial refund for the undelivered item.
- Damaged product claims must be reported within 12 hours of delivery. Claims raised after 12 hours will not be entertained. Vanmali Fresh will attempt to repair or re-deliver the product in such cases.
- No refunds will be issued in cases of incorrect address, wrong contact number, or failed delivery due to inaccurate details provided by the customer.
- No refunds will be issued if the recipient refuses to accept the order. Such orders will be treated as delivered.
- Standard delivery times are between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Exact time commitments may not be possible, and delays may occur due to traffic, weather, accidents, or other unforeseen reasons. No refunds will be issued for delayed deliveries.
